Users retain ownership of any content they submit to the Platform. By submitting content, users grant ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.
Payment for products or services on the Platform is subject to ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES payment terms and conditions. Orders are reserved for 15 minutes after payment. If orders are not collected within this time frame, they will be automatically canceled, and a 90% refund will be initiated to the source account.
Refunds are available for orders where issues are reported within 5 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be considered for requests made after this period. ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee to prevent misuse of the booking process.
Users can contact ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES helpline number during business hours or raise issues through the app's help section. The customer support team aims to respond to queries within 24 to 48 hours.
ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES installs smart automated stores that dispense various products, including food and daily care items. The stores are IoT-enabled and operate exclusively through the official Android and iOS applications. Users authenticate using their Google or Apple accounts and grant location permissions to find nearby stores.
ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES utilizes the Razorpay payment gateway for secure transactions.
ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Users agree to indemnify and hold ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES harmless from any claims arising out of their use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
ERAGADINDLA ENTERPRISES reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
