If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may cancel your project and request a refund.
Cancellation Policy

- Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refund Policy
- We will strive to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
- If any client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund.
- If paid by Credit Card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- For payments made through payment gateways, refunds will be made to the same account.
- If paid via Online Wallets like PayTM or Airtel Money, refunds will be credited to the respective Wallet Account.
- Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 6 business days.
